Most commercial loans require that we analyze the borrower’s (business) credit history and past performance in the corresponding industry, as well as the viability of the project for which the funds are to be used.  It is usually best to contact your Cross Border Investment representative to discuss qualification and term specifics.  If you have a Business Plan, please send a copy, which often contains enough information to determine what will be needed to move forward.  CBI will work with you and the lender to provide the best options available and the smoothest closing process.
